  • Does MTI Acoustics ship outside the USA?

    Yes we ship MTI manufactured products, but for a large heavy item like the items we sell it is difficult to accurately quote shipping on our site. To provide the best value to you we handle international orders through messages on a case by case basis. Please message us on the contact page!

  • How long do items take to ship?

    Once we receive your order we will finalize build details with you and ask any additional questions if need be. When we have all the information we need we will move the enclosure to production. Orders received after 3pm CST will be processed the following day.

     

    MTI Acoustics is closed on the following days:

    New Years Eve

    New Years Day

    Independence Day

    Thanksgiving

    Christmas Eve

    Christmas Day

     

    Due to the custom nature of these enclosures, the lead times are as follows:

     

    Stages 1/2:  20-25 business days

     

    Stages 3/4:  25-30 business days

     

    One off custom order: Quoted at that time.

     

    Of course, we do our best to be faster than the above quoted lead times.

     

    We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

     

    All shipments are sent via Fed-Ex, with signature required.

     

    All Non-MTI Acoustics products will ship within 7-10 business days of orders, unless otherwise specified.

     

    Amp racks and speaker bundles will ship within 7-10 business days.

     

  • Can I purchase other audio equipment form MTI Acoustics as well?

    Absolutely! We offer a full line of subwoofer and amplifier options. To include subwoofers with your under seat enclosure please scroll down on the enclosure page to view avaliable equipment add-ons. Too add amplifiers purchase the amp rack enclosure add on (which adds the amp rack to your enclosure) or the amp rack plate integration kit (which provides a unique mounting solution for your new amps).

  • What if I purchase new/different subwoofers after I ordered the enclosure?

    The enclosure will have to be rebuilt, at your expense. We do not build “generic” enclosures that will fit a range of subwoofers.

     

     

     

  • Can I make special requests to customize my enclosure?

    Absolutely! For additional requests like acrylic viewing windows, lighting, and other requests that are not included or listed in the item descriptions please list any additional requests in your order. We reserve the right to quote the additional requests on a case by case basis if need be.

  • Why can't I purchase a ported enclosure with a built-in amp rack?

    The underseat area of trucks isn’t always the largest space in the world. In order to obtain enough air volume for a ported enclosure we cannot use the space for add on upgrades like an amplifier rack.

  • I ordered an enclosure/amp rack/speaker rings, or other gear, and changed my mind/sold the vehicle. What refund can I expect? I commissioned an enclosure for my subs, built to their specs, and I do not like the sound.

    Due to the bespoke nature of our products, sales on all following pieces are final, without exception.

    All other items follow manufacturer expressed warranties.

     

    Mobile Toys Inc. / MTI Acoustics is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to warranty claims.

     

    Mobile Toys Inc. / MTI Acoustics is not responsible for damages to custom fabricated pieces during installation, nor during ownership.

     

    Mobile Toys Inc. / MTI Acoustics provides a one year manufacturer’s warranty on all custom fabricated pieces, directly related to manufacturer defects. The one year period begins once the item has left our facility in Texas. Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, without exception.

     

    Mobile Toys Inc. / MTI Acoustics provides no warranty based on the perceived performance of your subwoofers when utilizing the manufacturer provided information. Same would apply if the consumer provides their own specs, without regard to our design process.

     

    Returns/refunds of non MTI products, if approved, must be shipped back to MTI Acoustics. Buyer is to handle shipping/handling of said product. Upon receiving said product, if approved, a refund less 30% of original purchase price, without regard to shipping, will be submitted via company check. Return request must be submitted via email within 10 business days of receipt of item. Items must be new in box, without exception.
