Here are some of the most common questions we receive.  If you can't find what you are looking for, feel free to give us a call at 979-422-4596 or send us an email to discuss your specific needs.

  • Does MTI Automotive Designs ship outside the USA?

    Yes we ship MTI manufactured products, but for a large heavy item like the items we sell it is difficult to accurately quote shipping on our site. To provide the best value to you we handle international orders through messages on a case by case basis. Please message us on the contact page!

  • How long do items take to ship?

    All MTIACOUSTICS.NET are subject to a 1 business day hold.  This will allow us time to confirm your order details or modifications that may be necessary.  Changes or cancellations may be completed during this processing period. Once the order details have been verified and approved by you, your order will be entered into our design queue.  As all orders are built to your specifications, changes and refunds are not available after your order details have been approved.

     

    MTI Acoustics is closed on the following days:

    New Years Eve

    New Years Day

    Independence Day

    Thanksgiving

    Christmas Eve

    Christmas Day

     

    Due to the custom nature of these enclosures, the lead times are as follows:

    Stages 1/2:  20-25 business days

    Stages 3/4:  25-30 business days

     

    One off custom order: Quoted at that time.

     

    Of course, we do our best to be faster than the above quoted lead times.

     

    Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a FedEx tracking number.  A direct signature will be required for all deliveries.  Please allow up to 24 hours for the provided tracking number to be active. Changes to shipping addresses cannot be made once the label has been created.

     

    MTIACOUSTICS.NET is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.  If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

     

    All non enclosure items will be shipped via FedEx within 5-8 business days, unless otherwise stated.

     

  • Can I purchase other audio equipment from MTI Acoustics as well?

    Absolutely! We offer a full line of subwoofer and amplifier options. To include subwoofers with your under seat enclosure please scroll down on the enclosure page to view available equipment add-ons. Too add amplifiers purchase the amp rack enclosure add on (which adds the amp rack to your enclosure) or the amp rack plate integration kit (which provides a unique mounting solution for your new amps).

  • Can I make special requests to customize my parts?

    Absolutely! For additional requests like acrylic viewing windows, lighting, and other requests that are not included or listed in the item descriptions please list any additional requests in your order. We reserve the right to quote the additional requests on a case by case basis if need be.
